Meeting of the Extended Advisory Group on Molecular Screening and Toxicogenomics (EAGMST)

UM team will participate at the EAGMST meeting 2019, presenting the following OpenRiskNet work:

• Semantic annotation, custom querying, and interoperability with external databases to facilitate more effective and systematic use of the AOP-Wiki (Marvin Martens, Holly Mortensen, Egon Willighagen, Chris Evelo)
• Explaining Adverse Outcome Pathways by analyzing omics data with WikiPathways (Marvin Martens, Egon Willighagen, Chris Evelo)
