Recently the technical plans of eight short-listed Early Adopter Programme (EAP) applications have been approved by the EOSC-hub governance boards. OpenRiskNet e-infrastructure is involved in the project "Integration of toxicology and risk assessment services into the EOSC marketplace"

As EOSC-hub joins the rest of the European scientific community and the world in being responsible in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic, the organisers have decided to change the format of the EOSC-hub Week 2020 from a physical conference to an online event.

The latest deliverables reports approved by the EC office were made publicly available through the Zenodo repository and OpenRisknet Library. 

"The paradigm shift in toxicology imposed by new regulations resulting from increased public awareness and pressure for animal welfare is only possible as a collective effort of all stakeholders from academia, industry and regulatory agencies", says Thomas Exner, the coordinator of OpenRiskNet in a recent interview on the achievements of the project published on the EU Digital Single Market website.

The project submitted by OpenRiskNet to the EOSC Early Adopter Programme has been successfully evaluated in terms of technical feasibility and EOSC impact and is entering now into the final steps of the review process.
